IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ORDER
You have 14 days from the date of the reception of the order to return the product. To process a return, please contact us so we can explain how to do it: send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the number of your order, the reason for the return and the product you want to return.
Please note that all products to be returned must be in their original, unopened packaging. If you have removed the plastic wrapping from the tarot and oracle decks, we will not be able to accept the return.
The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to use the tracking service to make sure that the shipment arrives correctly. In any case, please send us an email to email@example.com before initiating the return.
Once we have received the product and checked that everything is in perfect conditions, we will proceed with the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive the refund within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
IF YOUR ORDER HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED
You have 2 days to check the package and inform us of the problem. Please contact us so that we can give you a solution: send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number and attaching photographs showing the damage to the package and its contents.
