Please note that delivery times are indicated in working days (Monday to Friday, except holidays) and will start counting from the next working day on which the order was placed.

Shipments outside Spain peninsula may have some kind of customs tax, this depends on the customer's region and the customs procedures that are imposed. These expenses are not covered by Arcana Barcelona.

In case of detecting any incident in your shipment within Spain (for example: a wrong shipping address), we will contact you and it is important that you reply to solve the situation within 48 hours, otherwise the package will be returned to Arcana Barcelona and the shipping costs will not be refunded.
