Author and illustrator James R. Eads explores the world of playing cards with Open Portals, a unique addition to our store. This poker-sized deck doubles as both a multiplayer tabletop game and an oracle. The set includes two guides: one walks you through the game, "How To Open Portals", while the other explains the oracular system.

The cards are printed on premium cardstock with high-quality ink by the United States Playing Card Company and come in an elegant box embossed in white and gold.

A meditative artist focused on the spiritual search, James R. Eads lives in Los Angeles and works in his studio alongside his team, where he creates handcrafted items for visual art and spirituality enthusiasts, such as cards, paintings, prints and accessories. In addition to his distinctive style between impressionism and surrealism, James explores all kinds of divination practices, including Lenormand cards and geomancy.
