VISIONS IN THE LIMINAL SPACE
VISIONS IN THE LIMINAL SPACE
Created during the Covid-19 pandemic, Visions in the Liminal Space, by Bakara Wintner and Kaykee Christenson, is first of all an invitation to evasion. With its reflective and casual touch, this deck is a work that pushes us to notice the impulses of our time, to accept our transitions and to face each phase of our life. Black and white, presence and absence, narration and waiting, in an amusing journey shared with the reader of the deck.
The acclaimed entrepreneur and tarot reader Bakara Wintner, author also of WTF is Tarot? ...& How Do I Do It?, and the artist and illustrator Kaylee Christenson have collaborated to create Visions in the Liminal Space. The two artists give voice to a wake-up call and exploration of the "liminal state", a space-time in which we are neither what we were nor what we will be. A "waiting room" of existence, where we can make the best decisions of our lives and focus on our most hidden needs. However, it is not a dangerous or depressing journey: humor can give us much more than we have been taught, even in occasions that we would never have imagined.
